Questions
How do I join the server?
Click “Join the server” (link discord.gg/rapfr). You need a free Discord account. Answer the three arrival questions, then create your profile in the welcome channel: the whole server unlocks. The server is French-speaking.
What are the rules?
Respect other members, no advertising or trolling, no stealing other people's work, each channel for its own topic. The full rules open with the “Info — Rules” button in the #information channel.
How do I level up?
Every message earns you Fame points, with no cooldown, and time spent in voice counts too. The community games give extra points. /xp shows your progress, /classement the podium.
Does the casino use real money?
No, never. Lil's casino only uses virtual credits: 2,500 to start and a daily bonus. Credits can't be bought with money, cashed out or traded. They're only for playing and for the cosmetics shop.
How do I get certified?
In the #get-certified channel, pick Rapper, Beatmaker or Mixer: a private ticket opens, and Lil tells you what to send (a track, an official link). The team listens to your work and grants the certification if it's deserved. You can hold two at most.
How do I listen to the radio?
Join the Radio voice channel in the Artist rooms category: it plays 24/7. The radio-station channel shows what's playing, the history and the weekly top, and lets you vote for the next station. Some ranks also unlock the radio controls.
What does the Rap France game bot do?
It links the server to the game: /partager posts a video made in the game, /niveau shows a level sheet, /defis today's challenges (the same as in the game and on this site), /telecharger the latest version.
I'm lost, where can I get help?
The #tutorials forum (Information category) explains everything in short videos: creating your profile, picking your roles, proposing a collab, the radio, the casino… For a specific question, send a direct message to Yop: it reaches the team.
Do I need the game to join?
No. The server is open to every French rap fan, players or not. The game itself is free for Windows.
